all-league defensive end senior year averaged 31.5 yards per catch as senior teams went 22-5 with 14 shutouts his three years.. masters degree from West Chester State in 1967 in Education.Geography. assistant football coach at West Chester H.S, 5 years; coached youth baseball and basketball. , retired as teacher from Downingtown School District; currently owns Easy Way Driving School. - - life member of hunting and gun clubs. . wife Linda Henschke, children John Jr., Lynn. - hobbies include hunting, fishing, boating, photography.
